Shipments

Our all shipments in Italy, San Marino and Vatican city are sent by GLS courier.
Delivery time may vary according to the nation, region or specific location.
Shipping times for Italy are of 1/2 working days from confirmation e-mail and 2/3 working days for the islands. All the orders are processed within 14.00 pm (italian time). The orders placed on Friday after 14:00 pm (italian time), Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. As requested by the trading laws, all the “Fede&Co.” S.r.l shipments are inclusive of order summary which declares the value of individual items purchased.

Delivery

When a new order is accepted, Fede&Co. Srl. will provide to delivery the purchased goods to the address indicated on the online order module from the customer through GLS express courier in Italy, while for the shipping across Europe and the rest of the world goods will be submitted to DHL express courier.

The shipment of goods will take place from the first to the second working day after verification of your payment on site. Shipping times may vary related to the place of destination. Generally and for Italy, the goods will be delivered in 1/2 working days from the dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays), 3/4 working days for Europe, islands and all the pheripheral areas while 7/8 working days are required for the rest of the world.


The times indicated can’t be considered mandatory and no responsibility will be imputable to Fede&Co S.r.l for any reason or in case of late delivery from the express courier. The estimated delivery date has to be considered the one when the first delivery attempt is made, even in case of recipient refuse or when noted as absent.


In case of pick-up failure, within 5 working days of the goods at the courier warehouse or when he’s unable to make the delivery as noted above, the order will be deleted and Fede&Co S.r.l reserves the right to claim damages.

Returns

Free returns are offered. In accordance with art. 64 Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase for any reason and without any penalty within 14 working days.


The customer must communicate his intention by mail: info@generateditaly.com or by registered letter sent to the address: “Fede&Co. S.r.l – Via Salvador Allende, 161 (Torre del Sole 2) – 84131 Salerno, SA”

The notice of withdraw must contain the following information:
1. Purchase date;
2. Buyer’s name and surname;
3. Email;
4. Phone number;
5. Address for the goods pick-up;
6. Order reference
7. Specification of the goods to be returned
8. Return reason (exchange size, damaged goods, etc.)

Fede&Co. S.r.l. will provide for the goods return at their own expense to the specified address chosen by the customer during the order process. The customer will also provide to well pack the goods that are to be returned and set up with Fede&Co S.r.l. an appointment for the pick-up by the express courier.

All packaging must present customer’s details like name, surname, order reference and the address: “Fede&Co. S.r.l – Via Salvador Allende 161 (Torre del Sole 2) – 84131 Salerno, SA”.


The prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging. All the items purchased must be returned in the original package complete in all their parts, including documentation, accessories and equipment provided.


The right of whitdrawal will not be exercised if the goods gets damaged from the customer or there are some missing equipment or accessory. In this case, the item will be returned to sender with shipping charge.


If the right to withdraw will be considered compliant to than stated from the Consumer Code and in accordance with general conditions, Fede&Co S.r.l will refund all the amounts paid (shipping costs included) by the customer within 5 working days and money will be available according to the credit institution used at time of purchase.

The customer will receive an e-mail to the selected address as soon as the refund will be processed.

Payments

The payment of the goods will take place according to the payment method used by the customer choosing from the following: PayPal and Credit Card.


PayPal
By selecting this type of payment, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website where have to login and pay in accordance with the PayPal rules. Any information entered from the customer in the safe site of PayPal will never be displayed from Fede&Co S.r.l
PayPal system accepts the most Credit Card and does not require any registration.

The conclusion of the payment process is a pre-condition for the shipment and delivery of the goods. The sales contract shall be concluded in Italy and will be submitted to the Italian law.


In case of dispute, the local jurisdition is remitted exclusively to the Court of Salerno.

Do i need an account to make an order?
No, on our website you don’t need an account to make an order.

Will my personal data be private?
Generated protects your privacy. We don’t sell or trade your personal data to third parties.

Do the product pictures match the real product?
All the pictures shown on our website may not match perfectly the real ones in terms of colors due to browser or devices used.

Can i purchase a product that is currently SOLD OUT?
All the products marked as SOLD OUT are no longer available but you can still ask to reserve.

Can i change or delete an order?
If your order has not been yet processed and is still in progress, generally we can do changes or cancellations.
When the order status becomes “sent” it’s no longer possible to make changes or delete it. It’s also not permitted to associate multiple orders or add items to an existing order.

Is it possible to declare a lower value on the invoice?
We can’t declare a value that is different from real or mark an order as a gift.

Can i arrange or add extra products to an existing order?
No, isn’t possible.
